PP251216W converts a 3/8-inch John Guest push-fit socket to a hose-barb connection for 1/2-inch ID hose. The smooth 3/8-inch OD stem plugs into the receiving fitting; the barbed end goes inside the hose.
The stem is polypropylene. It does not receive a second tube, so identify the separate socket that will accept the stem.
