Overview
KIT-FLT-PLKT adds a washable stainless filter with its housing to reduce the solids load reaching the watermaker’s disposable cartridge filters. Spectra identifies plankton blooms and other difficult feed-water conditions as applications.
This is one of the washable elements in the accessory range. Its maintenance differs from the pleated sediment cartridges, which the current system manuals instruct owners to replace when dirty. The kit adds filtration capacity ahead of cartridge service; it does not remove the need for the specified downstream filters.
