KIT-MPC-5KUPG12: 12V MPC-3000 to MPC-5000 control conversion. Updates eligible older Spectra controls while retaining the existing display. Check the installed controller and voltage before choosing a kit.
For documented MPC-controlled Newport, Catalina and Ventura applications. An early build or purchase date is an identification clue, not proof that the original controller is still installed.

Conversion Requirements
Conversion Requirements
Installation requires changes to the wiring and re-termination for the A40 board. Use the manufacturer instructions for pump outputs and booster wiring; Catalina systems also have a relay relocation requirement.
Programming must match the watermaker. Have the model, serial number and installation date available and establish the required programming before installation. Do not assume a replacement board arrives programmed for your system.
