EL-RL-40A12 is the 12V, 40A cube relay in Spectra’s Connect parts list. The manual identifies relays as voltage-specific and lists EL-RL-40A24 separately for the 24V version.
The relay switches an electrical circuit; it is a separate item from the Connect control-board assembly. Read the relay’s own voltage and part-number markings when identifying a replacement.
