Overview
EL-FP-PS is the high-pressure cutout switch on the Shurflo feed-pump head. The Ventura manual identifies it as the small black unit on the wet end with two red wires. It interrupts pump operation when its pressure threshold is reached.
The Ventura Connect manual’s switch procedure specifies a 125 PSI cutout setting. That is a model-specific switch setting, not the normal operating pressure or a universal factory rating for every replacement kit. A switch set too low can cycle with Clark Pump strokes and reduce production.

Is this the pressure sensor that sends a reading to the display?
No. This switch provides the pump’s high-pressure cutout function. A pressure transducer reports a pressure signal to the controller and is a different component.
