NC462 is the catalog’s metric-to-inch conversion union. The retained title says 15-inch OD, but John Guest’s current NC462-US reference specifies 15 mm OD tubing at one end and 1/2-inch OD tubing at the other.
The 15-inch wording should not be used to choose a tube. Confirm the supplied part marking against the manufacturer reference; the current reference adds a -US suffix that is absent from this catalog SKU.
