Overview
FT-STN-5S is the removable screen inside the FT-STN-5 small sea strainer. It catches intake debris before the feed pump; it does not replace the finer 5-micron cartridge downstream.
Spectra’s Ventura maintenance procedure calls for inspecting and cleaning this stainless screen, then rinsing and leaving it dry during storage. Follow the manual’s through-hull isolation and reassembly instructions when opening the bowl.
