Overview

Z-ION-NP is the older catalog listing for Newport MKII Z-Ion protection.

Specifications & Requirements

Identify the installed intake manifold and control generation. Do not assume all MKII plumbing and current Z-Ion packages are interchangeable.

Fits My System

Exact kit contents and replacement equivalence remain unverified; use the control-type reference to identify the installation.

No additional model-specific fitment has been established for this listing.

Replacement & Related Parts

Z-Ion works during freshwater flushing. Choose its control version before choosing plumbing or service parts.

• ZION-AUTO: MPC, Spectra Connect and Remote Manual controls.
• ZION-MAN: analog Deluxe and analog Cape Horn controls.

Pre MK2-Z installations require the Z-Ion plug assembly. Check the installed generation and any previous retrofit.
