HP-CYL-PTB20 is a bushing used on the 20% Clark Pump piston. The factory procedure places one in each of the two grooves left after the O-ring and piston seal are fitted.
That means two bushings per piston, or four in the illustrated two-piston rebuild. These usage counts do not specify how many bushings are supplied per order.
