Overview
PL-TEE-1/2F1/4G is the gauge tee used to provide a smaller threaded instrument connection alongside the main plumbing connection. The Newport 400 MkII drawing specifies 1/2-inch FPT by 1/4-inch FPT; the Catalina 300 MkII drawing identifies the material as Nylon.
The tee is a plumbing fitting. The nearby pressure sensor or gauge is a separate component.
