Overview
PL-MTE-1/4X3/8J is the elbow connecting a 1/4-inch NPT port to 3/8-inch tubing. Spectra identifies it in the Catalina 340 Connect and Z diversion assembly.
It is shown at the check-valve connection in the illustrated assembly. Do not reverse the two dimensions: the port is 1/4 inch and the tube connection is 3/8 inch.
